Real Estate 101 is provided as a cost effective means for small offices to maintain a professional, dynamic Internet web site. This version of RE101 is free to use. There is a help file included in the administrator panel to get you started. This site uses a Dynamic Web Template which stores the header images and the footer information. The "BODY" displays the information you enter using the text editor. You can store text, images and hyperlinks using the text editor. Features: - Property Search Capability - Local information Links/Images - Financial Calculators linked in - Contact Form (uses CDONTS. Can be turned on/off). - 5 "standard" pages and five pages you determine what they are used for. - Secure CMS. - Image Uploader. - All fields and control fields editable. Several pages allow for advertising that can be leased to industry professionals. These regions are editable using a WYSIWYG html program such as Dreamweaver of FrontPage.
